Your role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand. As a Sales Associate, your goal will be to create a superior shopping experience, whether it’s advising customers on their new favorite looks, building genuine connections, or creating an energized atmosphere on the floor. You will include every customer in our Garage community, turning quick visits into long-term relationships with the brand. You will also support the daily operations of the store, ensuring everything runs smoothly while upholding our brand and visual standards. What you bring:

• A high school diploma;
• A passion for fashion and a confident sense of style;
• A people-oriented attitude: you love to connect, motivate others, and create moments;
• An energy that thrives in action: you are quick, but with great focus;
• A team spirit and a great personality;
• A flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays – we understand that life is busy, but so are we!);
• Experience in retail or sales is a plus, but not required; your personality is what matters most to us;
• Bonus points if you are very proficient in social media and know how to maintain a strong aesthetic.
