Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant General Description Generate sales Produce sales gains by providing customer service. Meet or exceed company goals in all individual metrics. Participate in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including: merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code policy.   Key Duties and Responsibilities Control expenses Protect company assets in accordance with LIDS retail policy guidelines. Participate in store inventory management, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise. Assist in accurate product counting in a consistent and timely manner. Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.   Other assigned tasks. Knowledge and Skills Required for the Position Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner. Ability to read and use a computer. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands above head. Standing required up to 100% of the time   Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent High school graduate Sales experience (required)
