The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, addressing their needs, promoting our products and services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Make sales and follow up on orders.
• Respond to information requests in person, by phone, or by email.
• Process transactions and returns when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment.

• Experience in sales or customer service (asset).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills and autonomy.
• Team spirit and positive attitude.
• Good command of French; English is an asset.
