In this role, you will interact and build relationships with our customers while providing them with excellent customer service. You will act as a product expert to inform and inspire customers, and suggest clothing that meets their needs. You will provide customers with information about the current merchandise assortment, promotions, and in-store events, and you will execute operational processes efficiently and productively. Your goal is to promote our brand to customers while trying to build their loyalty to the brand and serve them effectively.

  • All associates must become experts in the brand’s selling behaviors and adopt these behaviors with all customers to provide them with a superior in-store experience
  • Welcome and assist customers; locate merchandise efficiently using various methods; respond to questions quickly and accurately
  • Provide styling advice and make outfit suggestions to the customer, drawing inspiration from mannequins and displays
  • Promote loyalty by informing customers about our loyalty programs
  • Leverage multi-channel tools to provide a seamless in-store experience
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and backroom processes as needed
