Purpose: To meet our clientele and provide them with professional advice in order to offer quality products that meet their needs. Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers with courtesy and professionalism;
• Schedule appointments, reminders, and confirmations;
• Open and update files;
• Receive and participate in inventory taking of frames;
• Ensure the collection of fees and sold products;
• Perform preliminary tests for eye exams;
• Participate in branch management activities to maintain an excellent experience;
• Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses under the supervision of the professional.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and sales. Experience in Optics and Eyewear is an asset!
• Available: day, evening, weekend. According to the needs of the branch.
• English, an asset
