A license from the Bureau de la sécurité privée du Québec (BSP) is required.

Training equivalencies may be recognized within your program. Therefore, it is possible, in some cases, to apply directly for a BSP license without completing the full training.

The mission of the Loss Prevention Agent is to protect the company’s assets against shoplifting, fraud, or any other threat. Seize this opportunity to develop your mastery of the latest security technologies as well as your loss prevention expertise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Detect, investigate, and deter shoplifting.

· Collaborate closely with law enforcement authorities.

· Ensure the safety of people and places.

· Act as the first responder in emergency situations.

DESIRED PROFILE:

· Demonstrate resourcefulness, discretion, and discipline.

· Collaborate effectively within a team.

· Show empathy and kindness in interactions.

· Communicate clearly in French (the official language of the province).

· Have relevant professional experience in a similar role (an asset).
