Customer service representative

• Welcome, serve, guide, and assist customers with their needs.
• Process transactions at the cash register.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Perform certain manual tasks, including battery replacements and watch bracelet adjustments.
• Work as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Courteous, respectful, and customer service oriented.
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Training provided.

Working Conditions

• 20 to 30 hours per week, depending on customer traffic.
• Salary based on experience.
• Availability during the holiday season and summer period.
