Schedule: Part time

Weekly hours: 15 to 25 hours per week

The role is part-time – must be available on weekdays and occasionally in the evenings and on weekends. Based at Carrefour de l’Estrie and under the responsibility of the team supervisor, the customer service representative is entrusted with the following tasks:

  • Know and stay informed about all the services of the center, its amenities and facilities, its stores, its promotional activities, and its comfort tools;
  • Welcome the center’s visitors; inform, direct, and advise them through a customer experience marked by listening, courtesy, and helpfulness;
  • Respond to requests from internal and external clients in order to provide accurate and relevant information and direct them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams (security team, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Ensure daily tasks related to the customer service point while respecting the policies and procedures in place.
  • Be responsible for the sale of gift cards, cash balancing, and sales reconciliation.
  • Keep the workplace clean.
  • Any other related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (secondary V)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Intermediate English speaking.
