Job Description – Coffee Specialist

The Coffee Specialist is responsible for providing customers with an exceptional in-store experience from the moment they arrive. This person warmly welcomes customers, advises them, and maximizes sales by expertly guiding them through the Nespresso product range.

Main Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Advise customers on Nespresso coffees, machines, and accessories.
• Maximize sales by identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products.
• Ensure superior customer service.
• Accurately process transactions at the register.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the store.
• Participate in achieving the team’s sales goals.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work evenings, as well as Saturday and/or Sunday.
