ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

looking for a new Assistant Manager for our Boutique Spring store in ____!
As Assistant Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and District Manager.
The Assistant Manager contributes to the profitable operation of a store. We are looking for someone who
will represent our brand with integrity, love, and respect for others and the planet. The Assistant Store Manager coaches and mentors their entire team, encouraging growth and development. And
let’s face it, we’re better together!

Key responsibilities:

• Help the Store Manager build a team of talented, fashion-focused individuals
through recruitment and networking.
• Provide ongoing training and regular performance-based feedback to all
team members.
• Maximize personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives
and providing a “customer-centric” omnichannel experience.
• Ensure that all team members comply with company policies and procedures
• Help control operating costs through payroll and asset management.
• Ensure store branding is aligned through impeccable visual presentation and marketing displays.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere, free from discrimination and harassment, that reflects our People First philosophy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• A forward-thinking businessperson who understands today’s ever-changing fashion landscape and the importance of eco-friendly fashion.
• High school diploma (HSD)
• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• One year of experience in a management position in the retail or service sector
• Strong coaching, motivational, and customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on your state or province.
• Able to bend, lift, and move boxes weighing up to 35 lb (16 kg)
