Full-time Job Description: Manage the team and the store in the absence of the manager: Resolve system and inventory issues, ensure excellence in customer service by addressing customer misunderstandings or inquiries, maintain store cleanliness, and delegate tasks to staff. Main tasks and responsibilities: Schedule planning Define daily priorities. Open and close the store. Assist the manager in planning upcoming projects and events. Assist the manager in selecting and hiring staff. Required qualifications and skills: Ability to solve problems and conflicts. Organizational skills. Experience in customer service (floor clerk, cashier, etc.). Ability to prioritize. Professional and respectful attitude.
